- A passport is required to enter Florence, Italy and London England and cannot expire on or before 12/26/2026. If your passport expires before this date, you must get is renewed.

-A visa is required to enter each country, and your travel advisor will advise you on what documentations and where to apply for each visa needed.

- Deposits are $2100.00 per person and are non-refundable whether travel insurance is purchased or not.

- Travel Advisor Research/ planning fee of $25.00 per person is non-refundable , an additional $25.00 is added each time a quote has to be researched and  a deposit isn't made within 7 days of receiving quotes.

-Travel Advisor booking fee is 60.00 per person and is non refundable

 -Flights are included. Deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation, and prices are subject to change until deposit or full payment applied is applied. This will change the amount of your deposit as well.

-Travel Insurance - Purchasing travel Insurance is highly recommended. There are NO REFUNDS, on any agent fees and all packages are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. If you purchase travel insurance, your trip may be refundable through that avenue only. (see terms and conditions of your insurance provider).

-Travel Insurance- You may choose the insurance option above or your own travel insurance carrier, or you may visit my website and click travel insurance to purchase.

 must be purchased with 21 days of booking. if you choose to book on your own.

-All final payments are due no later than 05/29/2026. 

- Name changes are allowed with a $50 per person name change fee up until the final payment date.

- All travel documents will be sent 14-21 days prior to departure.

 All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to:Teresa@melaninultimatetravels.com.

- This Credit Card Authorization will be placed on file for your room. This form is to book only your hotel and flight accommodations.

I agree to submit a new credit card authorization form if I must change my credit card information at any time before the final payment is completed.

I understand that travel insurance is not included in my package but can be selected to have added above in extra options. If I choose to get my own travel insurance that I have 21 days from the date the trip was secured to purchase travel insurance. MELANIN ULTIMATE TRAVELS and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, I will use the travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds (see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider.)

I understand that I may see charges from Melanin Ultimate Travels and their Travel Partners and that records will be provided to me to confirm that I submitted or authorized payment(s).
