Personalized Travel Planning Fee

Hello, thank you for considering and contacting Platinum Getaways Travel Agency for your upcoming vacation.
 
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your platinum getaway, Platinum Getaways Travel Agency now charges a mandatory travel planning fee.  Please understand the research being conducted requires an extensive amount of time, effort and resources to provide a custom quote.  
 
Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries and more. The itineraries we provide details your vacation plans and travel arrangements so that it will give you a peace of mind on top of saving them time.

Fee Schedule:

Individual Bookings 

$50.00: One location; 3 hotel options, flights (same departure city) 

$75.00: One location; 5 hotel options, flights (same departure city) 

Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)

$100.00: One location; 3 hotel options*

$125.00: One location; 5 hotel options*

*For group requests, please include flight information IF everyone is departing from the same city; otherwise, flights won't be included.  I'll be available to guide you on the optimal time to purchase airfare.

PLEASE NOTE: When submitting your travel request, kindly provide your travel dates.  The listed prices are applicable to both domestic and international travel requests. 

If you would like to submit a request for multiple dates, multiple destinations, and/or a rush quote an additional fee of $25.00 per request will apply.  

Revisions:

If you wish to revise the dates, location or resorts options, it will be considered as a new quote and the additional fee of $25.00 per destination will apply.

Destination Wedding Fee:

If you are looking to hire us for a destination wedding the following fee must be paid and a contract must be signed before any services are provided.

Destination Wedding: $500.00 - $2,500.00 (Contact us directly for the fee amount and invoice)

Processing Times:

All quotes will be provided within 2-3 business days. 

Group trips require extensive time and research so please allow 7-10 business days for a complete quote.

Please keep in mind, pricing and availability are always subject to change until the deposit/ payment has been applied.  The amount you are paying today is not a deposit toward your trip!

To be eligible for this option, the following conditions must be met:
  • Limited to individual bookings (up to 4 rooms)
  • It is essential to know the name of the resort you intend to book
  • Travel dates must be known in advance
  • Booking must be made (approval and deposit submitted) within 24 hours of receiving your proposal & invoice
 
If booked within 24 hours of receiving the proposal & invoice, this research fee will be credited on your invoice and applied to your final payment.
 
If you do not book within 24 hours or wish to revise the dates and/or location it will be considered as a new quote and an additional fee of $25 per destination will apply.
