- All Payments to Freedom To Travel Awaits, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in the FULL Name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
- A passport book is needed for this trip. NOT a passport card.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until the deposit is paid. Please make sure to make your reservations today with the deposit to lock in your price.
- Monthly Payments OR Payment in Full are the two payment options.
- Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
- If you are making your own flight arrangements, your flight information must be provided to info@freedomtotravelawaits.com by 5/12/ 2022 to arrange your airport transfers to the resort.

- The initial deposit deadline is 3/27/2022.
- All roommates must pay the deposits for the room to be reserved.
- While I understand that sometimes things change. I am here to make your experience as seamless as possible. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only. No phones calls for changes. Send your email to info@freedomtotravelawaits.com
