Deposit: A $100 per person non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. September 1, 2025 is the deadline for final payment. NOTE: This travel portal is owned and operated by Travel Joy, who charges a small convenience fee for credit/debit card processing much like Eventbrite, and PayPal for example.
Payment Options: (1) Submit total balance due at time of booking. (2) Deposit $100 per person then pay in full by 11:59pm, 9/1/2025 (3) Deposit $100 per person then select "Custom Installments" and enter the amounts and dates you prefer. (4) Deposit $100 per person then select the monthly installment plan that will be automatically generated. (5) Deposit $100 per person, select your installment plan then select "Auto-pay". IMPORTANT: Once you submit your deposit, you will receive a confirmation invoice email and will be able to change your installment plan to Custom payments or if you decide to pay the balance you can remove the installment plan at that time. If you are sharing your room and would like to make separate payments you must do so immediately after submitting your deposit (email me direct toy@fsgtravel.net). After you start making additional payments you will not be able to have separate invoices as it causes inaccuracies in your balance because once payments have been processed, they cannot be moved/adjusted. If you don't set up Auto-pay please keep your invoice email handy so you can refer back to it whenever you want to make payments. If you have separate invoices Do Not transfer emails as they are intended for your payments only and will be applied to your balance regardless of who is submitting the payment.
If you select the monthly installment plan you will receive automatic reminders just before the due date, however, this is for your convenience and is not mandatory that you pay the amount due on the due date. You can pay whatever amount, whenever as long as your trip is paid in full by or before 9/1/2025. If trip is not paid in full by or before 9/1/2025 or you no-show on your arrival day, the Reservation will be Canceled with No Refunds–NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations: Due to contractual obligations with the resort, all payments are non-refundable; therefore, we recommend you consider purchasing Travel Insurance.
Travel Insurance: As noted above, we highly recommended attendees purchase Trip Cancellation Coverage, or what is referred to as Travel Insurance which is provided by Faye Insurance as it will be your only means of receiving full reimbursement for the non-refundable expenses should the reservation be canceled for any reason (or covered reasons if purchased more than 14 days after your initial deposit, whether voluntary or as the result of travel agent, hotel or service provider’s actions).
NOTE: If you opt to purchase Travel Insurance, payment will be due at time of booking to start your plan. You can hold off if you need time to think about it, but if not purchased within 13 days of deposit you will no longer be eligible for the "Cancel for Any Reason" add-on. If you do not purchase travel insurance at time of booking, then later change your mind, you have up to 9/1/2025 to do so - just keep in mind once 14 days have passed from the date of deposit, you will only be covered for specific reasons (illness, covid, death, laid off, to name a few). In this case, you will need to contact me (toy@fsgtravel.net).
Changes: Once we are past the payment deadline (9/1/2025), changes to an existing reservation, will Not be allowed unless in the case of an emergency or if you purchased travel insurance - this includes arrival/departure date, and room category). Changes to the Group Resort Event Package and Boat Party are allowed up to month prior to arrival and will incur a $25 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. Please understand we have a contractual agreement with the resort, to pay in full prior to arrival, and the cost is based on the number of guests expected.
Form of Payment: Major credit cards and bank debit cards are accepted.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY 9/1/2025. If your trip has not been paid in full or you no-show on the day we have you scheduled to arrive, your reservation will be canceled and non-refundable.
