  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your airport transfer confirmation vouchers with pick-up times, will be emailed to you 1 week before check-in.
  • Please let us know ASAP if your flights/plans have changed.
  • If you are arriving at the same time as another guest on a different flight, the transfer company may allow you share your van and you will be refunded accordingly.
  • Your name MUST be on the driver's list to ride in the transfer van.

Due Dates and Payments:

Payment Schedule:

  • We will need your flight info and full payment by October 10th, ‎2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive and depart and with whom. 
  • Lomas may condense travelers in your wedding group into one van if flights arrive within 20 minutes of each other, and refund any overpayments as necessary. This will be determined 2-4 weeks before travel.
  • In total, you will be charged  .01 to submit your booking info + the amount of the transfer  + 3.5% credit card processing aka "convenience fee".
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • The transfer service is 100% non-refundable after November 1st, 2025.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya
