PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

We want to make paying for your Crank Soul Fest trip easy and flexible! Monthly payments are not required, and you may make payments at your own pace. However, the payment deadlines below must be met to maintain your reservation.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit of $200 per person ($100 per person if booked by 9/30/2026) is required to confirm your reservation and will be applied toward your total trip cost.

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to a different travel date.

February 1, 2027 
At least $500 per person must be paid toward your trip by February 1, 2027.

Final Payment Due Date
Your remaining balance must be paid in full by April 10, 2027.

Any booking made after the final payment date must be paid in full at the time of booking, if space is still available.

These deadlines are required to maintain our contractual arrangements so we are unable to honor exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted via email to:

Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to departure to be eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10–14 business days, less the applicable non-refundable deposit:

• $200 per person for standard bookings
• $100 per person for bookings made between September 15, 2026 – September 30, 2026

ADDITIONAL FINAL PAYMENT INFORMATION

The final payment is due April 10, 2027.

After April 10, 2027:

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
• If you purchased travel insurance, you must follow the insurance provider's claim and reimbursement process.
• Changes to your reservation may be subject to additional fees, if permitted by the resort.
• Any booking made after the final payment date must be paid in full at the time of booking, if space is still available.

UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or reductions will be provided for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, activities, or other services included in the vacation package that are not used or missed by the guest.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel protection is recommended to help protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, interruptions, emergencies, or other covered circumstances.

If you have purchased travel insurance and need to cancel after the final payment date, reimbursement will be handled according to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Although monthly payments are not required, you are responsible for making sure your account remains current and that all required deadlines are met.

Failure to meet payment deadlines without an approved arrangement made in advance may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of non-refundable payments.

Please plan your payments accordingly and don't wait until the last minute! We want you on that beach enjoying Crank Soul Fest—not worrying about your balance!
