FLIGHTS:
Arrive into the Edinburgh Airport (EDI) on July 5th around 8am if possible so we can pick you up and get you settled in before dinner.
You will need to depart the US on July 4th & take an overnight flight.
We recommend you depart July 13th at around Noon.

Travel Insurance is part of a well planned trip. If you were to have any unavoidable issues during your trip, you may be covered. You may also be eligible for a refund in the event you need to cancel due to a covered reason. In the case of Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, you could cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
On 11/5/24, the deposit increases to $947/per person.
This deposit is nonrefundable.
Half of remaining balance, based on current number of travelers.

Final Invoices will be generated based on current number of travelers.
Due to the nature of this group, all payments become nonrefundable on 4/21/25. This protects the group pricing for all travelers.

Due to fixed costs associated with this type of tour, PRICING IS BASED ON 10 PASSENGERS & will be adjusted prior to final payment based on the number of confirmed passengers. If the trip sells out with 36 passengers, the per-person EarlyBird rate will DECREASE to $4297/per person based on double occupancy. Singles would pay $5197 if the trip sells out.
A minimum of 10 PASSENGERS is required to keep this trip privatized to Connections by Kathy travelers. If we go under this number, then I'll need to open it up so CIE can fill it. Pricing will be adjusted at that time. Please note that CIE allows travelers age 8+, so the trip may not be adults only if this happens.
