TRAVEL SERVICES DESCRIPTION & FEE POLICY
To provide professional travel research, planning, and advisory services, a non-refundable service fee is required before any work begins. All fees are charged as a convenience fee and compensate for professional services rendered.
Travel planning today requires more than searching websites. Pricing is dynamic, availability changes quickly, and one incorrect decision can result in unexpected costs. Our services are based on professional expertise, strategic research, and experience, designed to help travelers make confident, informed decisions while saving time and avoiding costly mistakes.
SERVICE OPTIONS
Clients may select one of the following two service options:
FLIGHT-ONLY RESEARCH
This service covers flights only.
Includes one departure city (or metro area), one destination, one travel date window, up to two flight options, a clear professional recommendation, and one revision. Hotels, packages, cruises, and additional destinations are not included in this service.
TRAVEL PACKAGE PLANNING
This service covers the full trip, which may include flight strategy, hotel or resort research, and package options when applicable.
Includes one destination, one travel date window, up to two coordinated travel options, a clear professional recommendation, and one revision.
SERVICE SCOPE & ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
Each service includes up to two quotes or options total within the defined scope.
Any additional requests, including extra quotes, additional destinations, new date windows, or expanded research, require a new service fee.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Service fees are non-refundable regardless of booking outcome. Clients are not required to book through us; fees are retained as payment for professional services completed. Services are valid for 30 days from payment. Requests made after this period require a new service fee. Planning will not begin until payment is received in full.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY
Once payment is received and services are completed within scope, we will deliver flight or trip recommendations, communicate relevant updates via email or text when applicable, and provide finalized travel details within the stated timeframe.
AGREEMENT
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that this service is advisory in nature, all service fees are non-refundable and not applied toward any booking, services are limited to the selected scope, and additional requests require a new service fee. Payment authorizes us to provide professional travel research and planning services under the terms outlined above.

It includes flight-only research for one departure city and one destination, one travel date window, up to two flight options, a clear professional recommendation, and one revision. Hotels, packages, cruises, and full trip planning are not included. This service is ideal if you plan to book on your own but want confidence you are making the right flight decision.
Upon submission of payment and the required form, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery of your flight or trip recommendations to the email address provided.
If additional clarification is needed to complete the requested service, you will be contacted using the same email submitted. This service includes up to two options and one revision. Any requests beyond the included scope may require an additional service fee.

International travel involves additional variables such as fare rules, baggage policies, layovers, and higher change or cancellation risk, which require careful review and strategy.
This service includes flight-only research for one departure city and one international destination, one travel date window, up to two optimized flight options, a clear professional recommendation, and one revision. Hotels, packages, cruises, and full trip planning are not included.
This service covers flight research and strategy only. Booking assistance or booking completed on your behalf is available for an additional service fee if requested.
