Please note, while efforts will be made to accommodate travel companions together, such arrangements can’t be guaranteed unless payments are completed by the deadline. If payment is not completed by the specified due date and there is an increase in flight costs, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

**The Chef's services are provided only when our accommodations are at a villa, and we have a minimum participation of 10 ladies.**
Cancellation policy:
At the Ultimate Girls Trip, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our bookings, please note the following cancellation policy:
- Villa Payments: All payments made towards villa accommodations are non-refundable. We commit to these bookings in advance to ensure the best experience for our members, which means we are unable to refund these payments should you need to cancel. (Deposits are non-refundable)
- Flight Cancellations: Flight cancellations are subject to the individual airline's policy. Many airlines offer refunds or credits for future travel, but terms can vary greatly. We recommend reviewing your airline’s cancellation policy once you receive your booking info and add insurance to protect your investment.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations, such as medical emergencies, unexpected changes in plans, and more. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind and financial protection.
