Booking Info

 

Deposit:
For double occupancy or more, a deposit of $50 per person is required.
For single occupancy, a deposit of $100 per room is required.
For single travelers making a booking, please ensure that you select the 'Single Occupancy Deposit' option under 'Extra Options'. Please keep in mind that the deposit amount is $100. with the single occupancy rate.

Travel Form and Reservations 
When filling out the travel form, please ensure you provide the emails for each traveler so that all information is sent to everyone on the reservation.  Modifications can only be made if the request comes from someone on the reservation. Each reservation will receive a single invoice. It is the responsibility of each traveler to keep track of their payments on this invoice. 

All reservations must be paid in full by May 30, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
It is your group's responsibility to ensure the total amount is paid in full. Reservations will be subject to cancellation if the total amount is not paid in full, regardless of whether one person has paid their share in full. 

You can add additional travelers to your reservation until February 15, 2025 – (NO EXCEPTIONS).
 
Traveler Removal for Reservations with Two Travelers

When booking with another traveler for this group trip, please be aware that if one traveler cancels their reservation, the booking will be changed to the single occupancy rate, making the remaining traveler responsible for the full cost of the room. No refund will be issued if the room's total cost is not met. Any potential refund must be resolved between roommates, as the hotel will not issue refunds for unpaid room balances.

Please be aware that no bookings will be accepted after February 15, 2025.

 

Travel Insurance

Please note that travel insurance must be paid at the time of booking. You have the option to add travel insurance within 7 calendar days of your booking date, after which you won't be able to add it. We highly recommend including travel insurance from the start to protect your investment and give you peace of mind.

 

Transfers 

In order to arrange your transfer transportation to and from the airport and resort, we kindly request that all air information be provided by July 8th, 2025.

Failure to submit air information by this date will result in the forfeiture of your included transfer transportation.

 

Yacht Party

Keep in mind, the Yacht Party is not included in the base price. If you'd like to join this unforgettable event, be sure to add it to your booking under "Extra Options." The price is per person. If your reservation includes multiple people and the yacht party is only purchased for one individual, please specify in the comments section who the payment is for.

Additionally, spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis—so book ASAP! Once we hit capacity, we won't be able to accept any more bookings.

Cancellation Policy
 

  • By not selecting Travel Protection Plan you are liable for costs associated with cancellations. 

  • All fees are PER BOOKING.

  • If cancelled before 135 or more prior to arrival; your fee will be $50.00/per person.
  • If cancelled from 134 to 99 days prior to arrival up to 20% per reservation.
  • If cancelled from 98 to 69 days prior to arrival up to 40%, per reservation.
  • If cancelled from 67 to 0 days prior to arrival full penalty. 
 
Payment Policy
  • Deposit $50 per person and $100 for Single Travelers .

  • Payment Plan Terms:
    • The payment plan is automatically set up at the time of booking. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. All payments must be made on time. Failure to make a payment on the scheduled due date will result in a late fee of $10.00 per late payment. You have the flexibility to pay more than the scheduled payment amount if desired, allowing you to pay off your balance earlier. We offer a 5-day grace period for payments. If a payment is not received within this grace period, the late fee will be applied.
    • By authorizing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment plan, including the payment schedule and any associated fees. Please note that failure to adhere to the payment plan terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and any applicable cancellation fees will apply. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding the payment plan, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
    • Start your first payment in August, and you'll enjoy a convenient 9-month payment plan.
