By signing below, I authorize The Hylton Way Travel Agency to charge the credit card provided herein.
Authorization: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize The Hylton Way Travel Agency to charge my credit card for the total amount specified in the invoice provided by the Agency for the travel services requested. I understand that this charge will be processed in accordance with the Agency's billing procedures.
Payment: The total amount specified in the invoice must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Agency. All charges will be processed in the currency specified by the Agency. If the credit card provided is declined or the payment is not received by the due date, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.
Payment Plan Terms: The payment plan is automatically set up at the time of booking. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. All payments must be made on time. Failure to make a payment on the scheduled due date will result in a late fee of $10.00 per late payment. You have the flexibility to pay more than the scheduled payment amount if desired, allowing you to pay off your balance earlier. We offer a 5-day grace period for payments. If a payment is not received within this grace period, the late fee will be applied. By authorizing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment plan, including the payment schedule and any associated fees. Please note that failure to adhere to the payment plan terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and any applicable cancellation fees will apply. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding the payment plan, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. I hope this meets your requirements! Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
Refunds and Cancellations: All refunds and cancellations are subject to the Agency's cancellation policy, which will be provided to the Client upon request. The Client acknowledges that the cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific travel services booked, and it is the Client's responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking.
Charge Back Clause: In the event of a chargeback by the Client or the credit card issuer, the Client agrees to reimburse the Agency for any chargeback fees incurred, as well as the original amount charged. The Agency reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and pursue legal action, including but not limited to filing a small claims lawsuit, to recover the disputed amount, as well as any additional costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
Liability: The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and various travel service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The Agency is not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers, or for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or expense arising from their actions or inactions. The Client is responsible for obtaining and reviewing the terms and conditions of any travel services booked through the Agency, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
Travel Documents: It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates, are obtained and valid for the duration of the trip. The Agency will not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain or maintain the required travel documents.
Travel Insurance: The Agency strongly recommends that the Client purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. The Agency can provide information about travel insurance options, but it is the Client's responsibility to review and understand the coverage, terms, and conditions of any insurance policy purchased.
Changes to Itinerary: The Client understands that changes to the itinerary, including but not limited to changes in travel dates, destinations, or accommodations, may result in additional fees or penalties imposed by the travel service providers. The Client is responsible for any such fees or penalties, and the Agency will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of changes to the itinerary.
Confidentiality: The Agency will treat all Client information provided on the credit card authorization form as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of processing the payment for the travel services booked. The Client acknowledges that the Agency may be required to disclose the Client's information to third-party providers in order to facilitate the booking of travel services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Agency is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Agency is located.
