Terms & Conditions

Making reservations for any travel package with Divas Destinations signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Concierge Services

Divas Destinations provides full-service travel coordination and concierge support throughout your travel experience. Services include reservation management, itinerary planning, payment coordination, group communications, and pre-travel assistance.

A one-time, non-refundable $150 Signature Experience Fee is applied to each reservation for planning, hosting, and concierge services.

Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made to Divas Destinations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is enforced due to contractual agreements with hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.

Monthly payment plans are available for this trip. Failure to remain current on your payment schedule may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of funds paid.

Pricing

Package pricing is subject to change until your initial deposit has been received and confirmed.

Once your reservation is secured, pricing will remain locked unless adjustments are required due to supplier increases, fuel surcharges, taxes, currency fluctuations, government-imposed fees, or other vendor-imposed changes.

Payment Plans

Monthly payments are required to maintain an active reservation.

Your invoice will include your payment schedule and final payment date. Travelers are responsible for monitoring payment deadlines and ensuring payments are submitted on time.

Late Payments

Reservations not paid in full by the final payment deadline are subject to a $250 late payment fee per person.

Late payment requests must be submitted in writing prior to the final payment deadline and are subject to approval.

Name Accuracy

All reservations must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Travelers are responsible for verifying all information submitted at the time of booking.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for fees, penalties, or denied travel resulting from incorrect traveler information.

Travel Documents & Passport Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation prior to departure.

A valid passport is required for international travel and should remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the completion of your travel dates, unless the destination's official entry requirements state otherwise.

Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for verifying applicable entry requirements with the appropriate consulate, embassy, or government authority.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment in the event of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, trip interruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for losses incurred due to a traveler's decision not to purchase travel insurance.

Vendor Responsibility

Divas Destinations acts solely as an independent travel intermediary for hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel suppliers.

Divas Destinations does not own or operate these third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Supplier schedule changes

• Weather disruptions

• Mechanical failures

• Government actions or restrictions

• Vendor bankruptcy or cessation of operations

• Other supplier-related disruptions

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries, activities, and included experiences are subject to change based on vendor availability, weather conditions, group requirements, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Divas Destinations reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary modifications when necessary.

Optional excursions and experiences may be added at a later date and may require separate payment.

Force Majeure

Divas Destinations shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, airline disruptions, severe weather, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

Refunds or travel credits, when applicable, will be governed by the policies of the applicable travel supplier and are not guaranteed by Divas Destinations.

Authorization

By submitting a deposit or any payment toward this trip, travelers acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Travelers also authorize Divas Destinations to process payments associated with their reservation according to the payment schedule and supplier requirements.
