Important Notes:
- The Wedding Day is: May 30th, 2027 - Please arrive before this date.

There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
- You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation.
Payment Schedule:
- $300 non-refundable deposit due before December 1st, 2026
- 50% of your balance is due: December 4th, 2026
- Remaining balance is due: March 18th, 2027
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before December 4th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between December 4th, 2026 and February 1st, 2027 any room nights or guests cancelled will be charged at 30%.
- Between February 2nd, 2027 and March 18th, 2027 any room nights or guests cancelled will be charged at 50%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 18th, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
