Bali Unlocked - The Ultimate Escape
ABOUT THIS TRIP
Our Bali Escape is officially set for July 1–8, 2027! Due to the time difference, you will need to depart the U.S. on June 29th or June 30th to arrive on time.
Starting in January 2027, we will begin coordinating flight arrivals so the group can land together or within a similar timeframe for a smooth start to the trip. To track flight prices, we are flying into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), als known as Denpasar International Airport.
We are currently finalizing the full group itinerary, but here’s a preview of what to expect. You’ll also have plenty of free time to explore and enjoy Bali at your own pace.
Accommodations:
- Kuta (First Half): Private luxury villas featuring maid service and a private chef
- Canggu (Second Half): Hotel stay (property details coming soon)

Important Information:
- All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please plan accordingly before committing.
- Timely payments are critical. Late or missed payments can impact the entire group—especially when securing our private villas, which require firm commitments and full coordination. Delays may result in loss of accommodations or changes to the trip.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy. You can review options using the link below and in your email confirmation.
- Once all deposits are received, we will secure the villas and hotel accommodations.
- Monthly payments ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP THIS BOOKING CURRENT. Please contact us if you are unable to make a monthly payment.

TERMS AND POLICIES
Please read your package details carefully
1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
2. All payments to Thomas Exclusive Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
5. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
6. Name corrections/changes after final payment will incur a $100 change fee.
7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Thomas Exclusive Travel LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. See Travel Protection Insurance below.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE
COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise. Below is a link to several insurance companies. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. Select the travel insurance link to view policies. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low.
FINAL PAYMENT IS May 20, 2027.
1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room.
3. Payments are invoiced through Traveljoy. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register. Standard processing fees applies.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@thomasexclusivetravel.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
LATE PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
1. The vendors require payment on a timely basis. We cannot extend credit for anyone making late payments. Therefore, we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment fees of $50.
2. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook.
3. Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc. within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee.
