Costa Rica 2026 Itinerary 🌴✨

 

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN COSTA RICA & WELCOME CELEBRATION

 

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Arrival & Villa Check-In

Guests will arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and be greeted with private transportation to our luxury villa. Along the way, we’ll make a quick market stop so you can grab snacks, drinks, and any travel essentials you may need. Once at the villa, you’ll have time to check in, freshen up, relax, and settle into your accommodations.

 

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Welcome Dinner, Game Night & Pool Party

Kick off the experience with a beautifully curated welcome dinner designed to set the tone for an unforgettable trip. After dinner, enjoy a fun icebreaker game night followed by a lively pool party — the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow Travel Babes and start the trip on a high note.

 

 

 

DAY 2: WE OUTSIDE — ADVENTURE & NIGHTLIFE

 

 

Morning | Welcome Breakfast & Yoga Session

Start your day with a delicious welcome breakfast followed by a rejuvenating yoga session to reset your mind and body.

 

Afternoon | Zip Line Canopy Tour

Get ready for adventure as we head out for an exhilarating zip line canopy tour through Costa Rica’s lush tropical landscapes. Expect breathtaking views, adrenaline-filled moments, and unforgettable memories.

 

Evening | Dinner & Nightlife Experience

Enjoy dinner at El Higaco Seafood, known for its fresh and flavorful dishes. After dinner, we’ll head to Orange Pub Lounge for a fun nightlife experience and a chance to enjoy Costa Rica after dark.

 

 

 

DAY 3: ADVENTURE, FAREWELL & BEACH CLUB VIBES

 

 

Morning | Breakfast at the Villa

 

Enjoy a slow and relaxing morning with a 1 hour massage at the villa.

 

Afternoon | ATV Tour Experience

We’ll head out for an exciting ATV adventure through De La Gloria, exploring scenic trails while soaking in the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

 

Evening | Private Farewell Dinner & Beach Club Night Out

Wrap up the trip with a private farewell dinner at the villa as we celebrate the memories created throughout the experience. Later, we’ll head to Black Marlin Beach Club for one final night filled with music, vibes, and unforgettable moments.

 

 

DAY 4: DEPARTURE DAY

 

 

Enjoy your final breakfast before checkout.

 

Private transportation will be provided to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) for your departure home.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made 120+ days before departure may qualify for a partial refund excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 120 days of departure are non-refundable due to vendor commitments, villa reservations, transportation bookings, and excursion scheduling.
  • Reservations may be transferred one time to another eligible Travel Babes trip, subject to approval and current transfer policies.

     

    *Failure to remain current on payments for an extended period may result in cancellation of your booking.

     

     

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
