I authorize Legacy Of Love Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Legacy Of Love Travel are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. All Travel Joy, Legacy Of Love Travel, and third-party vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds. This is how we keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Trip Insurance is not included. Travel Protection helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Express, and more. Your trip insurance options may provide a future travel credit or a full refund minus taxes, travel fees, and the cost of the insurance plan. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. They MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the travel date. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees. Name change requests must be received in writing to info@legacyoflovetravel.com. The vendor has the right to deny name change requests.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar. A late fee of $75 per person will be assessed for all late payments. Late payments without prior authorization may be canceled, resulting in the forfeiting of any funds paid. Legacy Love Of Travel must approve all late payment requests. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your payment date. Late payments of more than three days past the final due date will be canceled, resulting in the forfeit of any funds paid.

If you have a roommate, you must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing to info@legacyoflovetravel.com at least three days before the final payment due date.
