Trip Protection

  • Recommendation: Travel protection is strongly recommended to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
  • Optional Purchase: Clients have the option to decline travel protection but acknowledge they assume full responsibility for risks associated with their travel.  
  • Scope of Coverage: Protection policies vary and may cover trip interruptions, emergency evacuations, or non-refundable costs. Clients are encouraged to review policy details carefully.
  • Waiver of Liability: By declining trip protection, clients acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances.  The client releases the agency from liability for financial losses related to unprotected events.
  • Policy Purchases: Travel protection policies cost are non-refundable.
 
Authorized Use of Credit Cards
  • Authorization: By providing credit card details for payment, clients confirm they are the cardholder or have been granted explicit permission by the cardholder to use the card for travel-related purchases.
  • Liability: Clients acknowledge they are responsible for all charges made on the card, including any additional fees or penalties due to changes or cancellations.
  • Fraud Prevention: The advisor reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation to confirm authorization for credit card usage.
  • Statement Descriptor:  All transaction will coincide with listed invoice items.  The statement descriptor will be "TJ* MPS CREATIONS" or the supplier used to book the travel.
 
Travel Design Fee
  • The Travel Design Fee is a non-refundable service fee that covers the time, expertise, and resources required to research, design, and coordinate your travel arrangements.
  • This fee does not apply toward the total cost of your trip.
 
Booking & Payments & Cancellations

    • All reservations will be made through MPS Creations Travel Designs using vetted travel partners and suppliers.
    • Payment for travel components (e.g., airfare, accommodations, tours) will be made directly to the respective travel suppliers.
    • If a booked trip is canceled, MPS Creations Travel Designs cancellation fee will apply for loss commission and administrative costs.
  • Travel Supplier Policies

    • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers, including cancellation policies, change fees, and refund policies.
    • MPS Creations Travel Designs is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, or cancellations.
 
Basic Economy Flight Bookings
  • To ensure the best travel experience, MPS Creations Travel Designs recommends not to book Basic Economy flights due to their numerous restrictions.  If you prefer a Basic Economy fare, you are acknowledging you assumes all liability for the listed restrictions.

I authorize MPS Creations Travel Designs to charge the credit card or bank account listed on this invoice for the specified amount on today's date. This payment covers the services outlined in the invoice. I acknowledge that all payments made to MPS Creations Travel Designs, whether to a Travel Supplier or to MPS Creations Travel Designs, are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any refunds due will be subject to a cancellation fee per Travel Supplier and MPS Creations Travel Designs' cancellation policies.  All Travel Designs Fees are non-refundable.
