Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo

• 6 AM - 4 PM: Arrive at Haneda International Airport (HND). After navigating customs and collecting your luggage, a private transfer will take you into the heart of Tokyo. En route, there will be a stop at a local market for snacks, drinks, and any travel essentials you might need.

• 6 PM: Enjoy a themed welcome dinner at The Sky Grill buffet, where you’ll get a taste of Tokyo’s culinary delights and a warm introduction to the city’s unique dining experiences.

• 8:30 PM: After dinner, celebrate the start of your Tokyo adventure with a welcome party to get to know the group.

Day 2: Break the Ice in Shibuya and Midtown

• 10 AM: Begin your first day in your day in Tokyo with breakfast at our luxury hotel.

• 1 PM: Take a trip through Tokyo to see everything it has to off. You’ll explore famous landmarks and interactive museums, as well as learn what sets the districts of Tokyo apart

• 5 PM: Head to Shibuya, where a local tour guide will show you the different foods Japan has to offer. 

• 10 PM: Cap off the night with a visit to Harlem, one of Tokyo’s popular nightclubs, to experience the city’s electrifying nightlife.

• 1 PM: Experience a Tokyo Monkey Kart tour, a unique and thrilling way to see the city as you drive through the streets dressed in costumes, resembling characters from popular games.

• 4 PM: Attend a sushi cooking class, where you’ll learn from skilled chefs how to prepare authentic sushi, an essential part of Japanese cuisine.

• 8 PM: Dinner is reserved at Luxis at Ebisu, an elegant dining spot with a diverse menu.

• 10 PM: Unwind with a game night, enjoying Japanese games and perhaps trying some local snacks and drinks with the group.

Day 4: Day Tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone

• 8 AM: Start your day early with a tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone. This full-day trip includes lunch and scenic views of Japan’s iconic mountain.

• 9 PM: Return to Tokyo for dinner at Kyomachi Koishigure, a restaurant offering an ambiance reminiscent of Kyoto with traditional Japanese flavors.

• 11 PM: End the day with a late-night outing at IBEX-TOKYO, experiencing the city’s vibrant club scene.

Day 5: Free Day to Explore Tokyo

• 10 AM: Enjoy breakfast at our luxury hotel with a Japanese twist, perfect for a relaxing morning meal.

• 12 PM - 7 PM: Today is your day to explore Tokyo at your own pace. Here are some recommended activities:

• Visit the Nintendo and Capcom stores for gaming enthusiasts.

• Explore Akihabara for electronics, anime, and manga shopping.

• Walk through Senso-ji Temple to experience Tokyo’s oldest temple.

• Try local street foods at Harmonica Yokocho or watch a sumo match at Ryogoku.

• Have a coffee break at Koffee Mameya Kakeru, a specialty coffee shop.

• 8:30 PM: For your final evening in Tokyo, enjoy a farewell dinner at Akusha, celebrating the memories made during this trip.

Day 6: Departure

• 8 AM: Have breakfast at Everyone’s Cafe, a cozy spot to reflect on the week’s adventures.

• 8 AM - 12 PM: Prepare for your journey home as you take a private transfer to the airport, bidding farewell to Tokyo.

Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)
All initial deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot and covers administrative costs related to the booking process.

Cancellation & Refunds — 4-Day Trips

• More than 60 days before departure: Eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Within 60 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.

Cancellation & Refunds — 5-Day or Longer Trips

• More than 90 days before departure: Eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Within 90 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance may offer coverage for cancellations due to medical emergencies, unforeseen events, or other qualifying circumstances. Please review the specific terms of your chosen policy.

Refund Eligibility

• For Trips 5 Days or Less:
You may request a refund (excluding the initial deposit) if your cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
 
 
• For Trips Longer Than 5 Days:
You may request a refund (excluding the initial deposit) if your cancellation is made at least 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

 Trip Credit Transfer
If you need to cancel within 90 days of your trip (or 120 days for trips over 5 days), your funds will not be eligible for a refund. However, all payments made (excluding the initial deposit) can be transferred to a future trip scheduled to take place within 90 days of your original travel date.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Please note that all initial deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
