Payment Plan Policy:

Upon securing your spot with a deposit, you are enrolled in auto-payments automatically. You should make every effort to make a payment every month to stay on track towards your luxury travel experience with us. You will also receive emails monthly regarding your payments and there will be a link to view your account history and make a payment if needed. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
 

Cancellation policy:

Traveler has 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel trip and receive a full refund less transaction fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@meishaamia.com. After 48 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Traveler is recommended to purchase travel insurance in order to travel with Luxe Travel Goals. LTG encourages traveler to book travel insurance policy within a week of initial trip deposit or payment. LTG highly recommends purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance policy.  


By booking, traveler understand that travel insurance is the only means of receiving monetary reimbursement for flights and non-refundable expenses should my trip be canceled or changed for any reason, whether voluntarily or because of LTG actions.
