Terms & Conditions

We are MooreTravel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to MooreTravel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

•  It is the traveler's responsibility to present valid travel documentation. A valid passport book is required for travel. Please apply as soon as you book. Current processing time is 6-8 weeks. Passport Application 
• The child rates (under 12)  apply when sharing a room with 2 adults. 
• The traveler is responsible for arriving timely to the airport for a timely departure. MooreTravel is not responsible for missing flights, baggage fees, other expenses incurred through the airlines. 
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at time of booking to secure your booking 
• Your deposit will increase when you add travel insurance which must be paid in full at time of purchase. 
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you purchase travel protection.  MooreTravel has a group agreement with the resorts and vendors that is non-refundable.  This allows us to maintain the best pricing and amenities.
• A $50 is charged to the reservation after your deposit. These payments are paid directly to MooreTravel. These fees must be paid prior to the transaction. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please make your reservations today to lock in your price.  
• Please allow 24 hours to process payments.
