Itinerary:
- Wedding Day - Sunday April, 27th 2025
Due Dates:
- December 6th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Secrets Maroma.
- December 7th, 2024 is the due date of 40% of your room total.
- January 28th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
- The wedding is on April 27th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.

To be included in Jennifer and Josh’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Jennifer and Josh with a deposit already paid on each room. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Maroma as part of the wedding group.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before December 7th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Between December 7th, 2024 and January 6th, 2024 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between January 6th, 2024 and February 5th, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between February 5th, 2025 and February 20th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 20th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Secrets Maroma will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Maroma and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets and Dreams Resorts.
