Deposit: $300 per person
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable

Final Balance Due: September 1, 2026

Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until a deposit is made. If the selected room category sells out, you will be placed in the next best available option and notified.

Because airfare can fluctuate frequently, pricing and availability may change even before the listed deadline. If there are any adjustments in pricing, your travel agent will inform you.

Change & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Additional payments are refundable until the final payment deadline and are subject to $100 per person cancellation fee. After September 1, 2026, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If one guest cancels in a shared room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates. As a courtesy if your travel plans change, please notify your travel agent and roommates as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance coverage will provide reimbursement in the unfortunate instance of a medical emergency, trip delays, and lost or delayed baggage and some form of reimbursement in the event you will need to cancel your trip.  Please note in most cases insurance must be purchased within 14 days of deposit date.

Airline Loyalty 

If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.

City Tax

A city tax of 5-16 Euros per person per night is not included and is paid directly to the hotel. The city tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

November 1 - Half Day City Tour 

November 2 - Game Day

November 3 - Return to US or Free Day to Explore Paris, Visit Disneyland Paris, Take Train to London (Hotel is across from train station)

November 4 - Return to US

Optional Excursions will be presented at a later date.

Game Information

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain tickets to the basketball game and other related events. Transportation to the game venue is included.

Flight Schedule

Travelers booked with Wishful Escapes may be placed on different flights. Passengers will be booked on the best available itinerary at time of booking. Itineraries will be limited to no more than one layover.  If you prefer to travel with specific companions, please inform your travel agent in advance.

Bedding

Rooms with two beds will include two twin beds, which is standard for hotels in Europe.

Paris City Tour

You will need a valid credit card to debit card to check-in to cover any incidental charges.
