Please book your own airfare to Kotoka International Airport (ACC) for arrival in Accra Ghana on December 27th. This may require departing your home state on the the 26th. Schedule Accordingly.

Cancellation policy:
***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case by case basis for a transfer fee of $50.00. There is also a $75 cancellation fee once the transfer is complete. If there isn't a new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors. BWT will seek legal action because we are held accountable for your canceled room or disputed charges. All accounts not paid in full by the due date will incur at $75 late fee.
