Assumption of Risk — You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense incurred during the trip. 

Payments & Deposits — All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to complete payments by the stated due dates will result in forfeiture of your seat and all payments made. 

Conduct — All travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, hotel staff, venue staff, and the motorcoach driver at all times. F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip for disruptive or disrespectful behavior without refund. 

Health & Safety — Travelers are responsible for their own health, medications, and any medical needs during the trip. F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 

Personal Property — F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at any point during the trip. 

Itinerary Changes — The itinerary is tentative and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate changes in advance. 

Photo Release — By participating in this trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed for F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings marketing and social media use unless you notify us in writing prior to departure. 

Governing Agreement — This trip is operated by F. Johnson Consulting, Melanated Adventurz, or B SEATED Tours and Tastings, Greensboro, NC. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
