  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  7. Room Eco-Tax Approx $3usd Per Night (Paid at Check-in)

  • Wedding Day - Saturday, November 14th, 2026
 
 

Due Dates:

  • June 10th, 2026 $300 to reserve your room must be paid.
  • June 15th, 2026 One night payment due based on the category rate.
  • August 15th, 2026 Remaining balance due.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Briley and Tyler Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalties for those that book outside this room block.

  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  2. SLS Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes unless specified in the room category, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  3. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
  4. If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com
  5. September 11th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
  6. Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 11 years of age OR three adults and one child under 11 years of age.
  7. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
  8. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
  9. When a single adult is sharing a room with one or two free children, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
  10. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

 

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation on or before June 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
  • Between June 15th, 2026 and August 15th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will result in a one night penalty charge.
  • Between August 15th, 2026 and September 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will result in a two nights stay penalty charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers on or after September 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

     

 
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

SLS Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

 

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of SLS Playa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
