1. What does the trip package include?

   • The package includes round-trip airport transfers, comprehensive city tours in Cape Town and Johannesburg, Black cultural immersion activities, exclusive shopping experiences, welcome and farewell dinners, on-site staff and support, private guided tours, transportation throughout the trip, exclusive access to popular attractions and special events, cultural workshops (e.g., cooking classes, art sessions), local dining experiences at fine restaurants and hidden favorites, complimentary souvenirs or keepsakes, and professional photography services.

2. What is not included in the trip package?

   • The package does not include international airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, additional meals, personal items), optional excursions not listed in the itinerary, gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff, medical expenses, pre-trip accommodation, and any personal services or special requests not outlined in the itinerary.

3. How can I secure my spot for the trip?

   • A $150 deposit is required to lock in your room. All roommates must pay their $150 deposit within 7 days of the initial deposit to confirm their spots.

4. What is the cancellation policy?

   • The initial deposit is non-refundable but transferable up to 60 days from your initial payment to an unregistered guest. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund. Cancellations after Dec 20 but before June 30 receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations after June 30 are not eligible for any refund.

5. Do I need to arrange my international flights?

   • Yes, international airfare to Johannesburg and from Cape Town is not included in the package. You are responsible for arranging your flights.

6. Is travel insurance included in the package?

   • No, personal travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended for coverage.

7. Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

   • Additional costs may include personal expenses, optional excursions, gratuities, medical expenses, and any pre-trip accommodations or personal services not outlined in the itinerary.

8. Is the flight between Johannesburg and Cape Town included?

   • Yes, the flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town is included in the trip package.

9. How should I arrange my flights?

   • You need to purchase two one-way tickets: one arriving in Johannesburg on December 28 and the other departing from Cape Town on January 4.

10. Will there be professional photography services during the trip?

• Yes, professional photography services are included to capture memorable moments of your journey.

1. How do I ensure my registration is accurate?

   • It is essential to ensure your job and travel arrangements are confirmed, and you have coordinated with your roommates before booking rooms. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, so please sign up only when all travel arrangements are finalized.

2. Is roommate pairing an option if I don't have one?

   • Yes, roommate pairing is available. We will do our best to pair you with a compatible roommate. However, if the numbers are not even, you may be switched to a single room, and any additional costs for the single room will be your responsibility.
