Payment Schedule:
Initial deposits per cabin are non-transferrable and are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation.
1st deposit of $100 ($50 per person) is due upon booking. This reserves a cabin in your category of choice. Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. We will send a payment confirmation email.
2nd deposit of $500($250 per person) is due by 09-03-2024. After completion of your second deposit, you will receive your booking number and cabin number in a cabin confirmation email.
Final Payment due 11-03-2024
Only guest booked through Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be allowed to participate in group events on this trip. No exceptions. You can transfer your reservation to the group and pay the group fee only if you booked prior to 02/23/2024 and can provide valid proof.

- Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Stations LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

- Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Autopay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.

- Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.

- Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.

- Failure to Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.

- Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

- Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. To purchase single trip travel insurance at Insure My Trip or email info@myrinsdestinationstationllc.com to purchase yearly travel insurance to cover all trips for 12 months starting at $280.00. Carnival’s Protection Plan is also listed in extra options to purchase.
All deposits of $100 plus a cancellation fee of $100 are non-refundable. All other funds payment will follow Carnival's Cancellation Policy listed below:
