Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours.     • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

    • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors.
    • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Itinerary:

    • Wedding Day - Saturday, November 6th, 2027.
 
 

Payment Schedule:

  • June 1th, 2027  $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • June 5th, 2027  40% of total room block is due.
  • August 10th, 2027  Remaining balance is due.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Leira and Michael’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Leira and Michael have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

 

  • Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  • Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  • Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  • Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  • September 6th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 10th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • If you cancel your reservation between June 10th, 2027 and August 10th, 2027 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 10th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
