Welcome to Flourish Wellness Retreat 2026! 

We’re so glad you’ll be joining the retreat! To make the process simple, please review the steps below and then continue on to book your room.
 

How to Book Your Room

Each person will submit a reservation for one person.  If you would like to share a room with a specific person, you can list their name when completing the reservation request.

Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose 1 adult and select your travel dates
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization

Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

 
 Package Inclusions

  • Room accommodations

  • All meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol)

  • Taxes and gratuities

  • Shared roundtrip airport transfers between Liberia International Airport (LIR) and Secrets Papagayo

  • Retreat experiences, materials and sessions with Go Strong Fitness
 Not Included
  • Airfare

  • Travel insurance (A quote will be provided once your room is confirmed, however if you'd like to review coverage options with our partner WorldTrips, please click here).

  • Excursions (details coming soon for August 2nd!)

  • Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)

 
 Deposit & Payment Information

  • Deposit Due: $150.00 per person by October 15, 2025

  • Second payment of 50% of total package due by February 2, 2026

  • Final Balance: Due by April 1, 2026

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Second deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable after February 2nd

  • After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Modifications

  • Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
