Due to our contractual agreements with our suppliers and vendor, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. With this in mind, we strongly encourage that each Tripper purchase Travel Insurance to protect your investment.  

Please note that if your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the room if you are unable to secure a replacement.

Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation something else! We highly recommend travel protection on your trip as ALL funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have the selection of requesting a quote for Travel Insurance during booking.

Please be advised that current health and security measures around COVID-19 may impact elements of this trip and influence the operation of some travel services. COVID-19 is causing constant and ongoing changes in the application of the above types of measures and the way an airline, airport or country chooses to deal with the threat of COVID is constantly changing.

The country you are traveling to may all have strict requirements on travel to limit the spread of COVID-19. 

These requirements may include but are not limited to:

• Wearing of masks at airports, while in flight and when out in public.
• Active testing for COVID-19 that may include testing before permission is granted to board any flight or enter a country.
• Being able to show proof of health via formalized means (Certificate or similar)
• Subject to screening on arrival at your destination country or any transit countries.
• Subject to quarantine periods in any country subject to screening results.
• Changing restrictions on sightseeing, due to closures or other public health concerns.
• Subject to limitation/restrictions on travel to the destination by your country of residence/citizenship.
• Possible compulsory quarantine on return to your country of residence/citizenship.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to keep themselves informed of all requirements in relation to their trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions, and we suggest these are constantly monitored right up until departure, as they can change at any time. Horizon Escapes is not liable for any loss due to failure to read and understand the information and its relationship to your trip. For more information, Horizon Escapes recommends consulting either the US Government websites for any specific travel advisory information pertaining to traveling to the Bahamas.

• Due to strict contractual obligations, any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!

• Travel insurance is not included in this package, however we highly recommend it.  It can be added to your package for an additional fee.
• Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
  
• Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date will incur an automatic $25 late fee.
• Payments more than 30 days past due could result the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
• Any late payment requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@hznescapes.com.
• Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment day will will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. 

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Passport or Official Identification.
