A valid passport is required and must not expire before August 9, 2026.
An environmental and destination fee will be applied to each room and will be calculated based on the occupancy of each room. Fees are due at check-in and the estimate will be given at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If you are a travel planner booking independently, your booking will not be part of our group block and will not include group amenities or activities.
🛑 Cancellation & Payment Policy
All payments for the Founders Day 2026 Trip to Cancun are collected and managed by Perfectly Curated Travel (DPR Travel) on behalf of Delta Psi Rho Sorority, Inc.
By submitting your credit card authorization, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All payments will be processed through credit card authorization forms and securely submitted to the travel supplier on your behalf by Perfectly Curated Travel.
Your invoice will include all details regarding your selected package and payment amounts due.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your space, with the final payment due by November 1, 2025.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless FunJet Travel Protection is added within 10 days of receiving your invoice.
Without travel protection, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Illness or personal emergencies
Work conflicts or job changes
Travel delays, cancellations, or missed flights
Travel protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund (minus the cost of the protection plan & deposit), along with additional benefits like trip delay coverage, baggage loss protection, and emergency medical support.
It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time monthly. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
