Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:
International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.
Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.
Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. While requests may be submitted to suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended.

RESERVATION NOTES:
On this special sailing, you must make a $250 per person deposit to secure your reservations. After you are confirmed, we will send you an invoice that will show your total cost of your cruise and will deduct the $250 deposit.
Your final payment will be in June 1, 2027.
Please also note this is a group special and we only have occupancy for 24 people. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to secure your space.

TRAVEL NOTES:
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- To sail on NCL, a passport is required. Your passport is required to be valid up to 6 months past your final sailing date. For this sailing your passport should not expire on or before May 13, 2028
- This is a CRUISE ONLY trip — you will book your own flights and transfers to and from the airport to the cruise port. This sailing starts in Lautoka, Fiji. You should depart the US no later than October11, 2027 to arrive in Lautoka by October 13, 2027. The airport you will fly into is Lautoka, Fiji is served by Nadi International Airport (NAN). This sailing ends in Papeete (Tahiti). We will disembark on October 25, 2027. The airport you will fly back to the US from is Papeete (Tahiti) Airport (PPT). If you would like the agency to book your flight, please advise at the time of booking.
- General Documentation and Visa Information: Cruise guests are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents. Guests of all nationalities should consult with a visa service agency or local embassy/consulate for specific entry requirements, including for passports, visas and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases, for the voyage. TERMS & POLICIES
- Making reservations for this package, each guest name on the booking confirmation signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Norwegian Cruises and Jb Luxury Escapes listed in the cancellation policy below.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- Name changes or substitutions are not permitted without the approval of Norwegian. All name revisions or substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and new booking and regular cancellation fees apply. If Norwegian approves a name revision or substitution, such change will be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with the Cancellation Policy set forth below
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- You are responsible to keep JB Luxury Escapes informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
