  • Must I be vaccinated in order to travel? No! It is no longer necessary for guests to be vaccinated
  • Do I need to take a Covid-19 test in order to enter Europe? No, regardless of Vaccination status you will be able to enter Europe at this time. The rules may vary in the unforeseen occurrence of a worldwide event but we will provide continuous updates so you have the latest information
  • Is insurance mandatory? No, but it is highly recommended as you're traveling too far not to have it. Should you become sick or injured you will be protected. Your job insurance will not cover any issues upfront or at all. You will see the link to book insurance after you select your room. Payment for travel insurance is due at the time of booking. 
  • Is air included? No, travelers are coming from several states and can book air on their own although I will check to see if group air is feasible.
  • What form of payments are accepted? All major credit cards are accepted
  • What is the stateroom occupancy? To maximize your space 1-2 adults per room are highly recommended as beds in European countries tend to be smaller
  • Are transfers (ground transportation) included? Yes, ground transportation is included
  • Do I have to book with Jetsetters Unlimited? Yes, booking outside the group will prevent you from being connected with the group.
  • When should I book my room? NOW (Jubilee Year) room rates are subject to change until deposited by all guests. Book now to guarantee your space & rate.
  • What is the deposit amount to pay? The nonrefundable deposit is $800 per person due October 31, 2024
  • When is the final payment date? The final payment date is July 1, 2025. All rooms need to be paid in full by then.
  • Are payment arrangements available? IMPORTANT: Yes, a payment plan will appear on your invoice once booked BUT the first and second payment listed on your itinerary must be paid by the due date shown. These are hard payment deadlines. You WILL lose your room if not paid. Payments have to be submitted to local suppliers in Italy to prove that we will be honoring our reservations.
  • Which airport do I need to fly into? Naples Capodichino Airport (code NAP)

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional travel experience!

  • To offset penalties, it's encouraged to obtain travel insurance. Please refer to the policy for detailed rules and requirements.
