  • Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.
  • Chic Cabaret Show and other dinner/show entertainment restaurants.

  • Wedding Day - Sunday, June 27th, 2027.
 
 

Due Dates:

  • January 25th, 2027 $300 deposit due.
  • January 30th, 2027 60% of the total room.
  • April 1st, 2027 Remaining balance due.
 
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Christen and Jonathan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.

  • To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos as part of the wedding group.
  • All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resorts.
  • Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos offer Wedding passes cost $205 USD per person, per day for guests not staying at the hotel and are only guaranteed on the ceremony date.Only up to 20% of total guests can purchase a pass—please confirm with the bride and groom before considering this option.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  • Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  • Please note that Ocean View rooms at Hard Rock Los Cabos will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a partial ocean view from your patio/terrace.
  • April 24th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
  • Child Policies:
    • Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
    • Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
    • If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

 
  • If you cancel your reservation before January 30th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
  • Between January 30th, 2027 and March 1st, 2027 any reduction in room nights will result in 50% penalty of the total room cost.
  • Between March 1st, 2027 and April 1st, 2027 any reduction in room nights will result in a 60% penalty of the total room cost.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers or after April 1st, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Hard Rock Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hard Rock Los Cabos and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
