All payments are settled in local currency; exchange rate is $2.00 Belize dollars to $1.00 US dollar. Your credit card/bank statement may have additional charges due to different currency exchange rate and foreign transactions fees. Please note that Global Gifts Travel does not have any control over these charges made directly to you.
Full refund (minus a $50 per person booking fee) if canceled 31+ days prior to arrival.
No refunds for cancellations 14 days or fewer prior to arrival date
No refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather
Travel Document Requirement:
All participants must have a valid United States passport.
Hazardous Material Disclosure:
Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety.
Travel Protection:
Travel protection is not mandatory however, it is highly recommended to help protect your investment and can be added at the time you secure your deposit or at any point PRIOR to the date of final payment.
Travel protection is NOT included in the rate and is an additional cost that will become due at the time it is added to our total cost. Insurance should ideally include ALL upfront expenses for your trip i.e. airfare, hotel stay etc. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions you should consider obtaining travel insurance within 14 days of securing your trip.
