ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Colorado

Arrival Airport: Denver International Airport (DEN)

• Your Trip Host will greet you at the airport holding a Brown Travel Babe sign.

• Meet your fellow Travel Babes before a scenic 1 hour and 40-minute drive to our luxury cabin in Breckenridge, Colorado.

• Optional stop at a local store for snacks, beverages, or personal essentials.

Upon arrival, each guest will receive a personalized Travel Babe gift bag including:

• Customized Travel Babe pajamas

• Self-care essentials

• Curated travel goodies

Evening Activities:

• Icebreaker games to connect with the group

• Private chef-prepared 3-course themed Welcome Dinner

• Matching PJ S’mores & Charcuterie Board activity + Game Night

Day 2: SkeeYee! Ski & Snow Day 

• Chef-prepared breakfast at the cabin

• Scenic gondola ride before hitting the slopes

We’ll head to one of Colorado’s premier ski resorts for a full ski day:

• Morning ski session

• Mountain lunch break

• Afternoon return to the slopes

• 2-hour snowmobile excursion through scenic winter landscapes

Evening:

• Relaxation in the cabin hot tub

• Dinner at Hearthstone Restaurant

• Cabin party featuring:

Day 3: Snow Adventures & Cozy Night In

Day 4: Hot Springs Day Trip

• Road trip to Glenwood Hot Springs for a few hours of relaxation in the mineral pools

After soaking and unwinding, we’ll head back to Breckenridge for downtime to explore the town, shop, or relax at the cabin.

Evening:

• Time to refresh and get dressed for our final night together

• Farewell Dinner at Legends Steak & Seafood

Day 5: Farewell, Babes

• Check out of the cabin and say our final goodbyes

• Private driver transportation to Denver International Airport

A $350 deposit is required to secure your spot.

• The $350 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refundable (120+ Days Before Trip Start Date)

Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the trip start date (December 10, 2026) are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit and any applicable processing fees.

Non-Refundable Within 90 Days of Trip Start Date

All payments become fully non-refundable within 90 days of the trip start date (September 11, 2026 and after). This includes the deposit and any additional payments made toward the trip.

Transfer Policy

Although payments are non-refundable within 90 days of departure, your reservation is transferable.

• You may transfer your spot to another eligible traveler.

• The replacement traveler must be approved by Travel Babes.

• All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the transfer is finalized.
