Unexpected events happen, and travel protection provides valuable coverage for cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and more.

BEFORE YOU RESERVE

Please review the information below before securing your spot for the White Sands & Blue Seas: Greece 2027 experience.

✈️ Flight Guidance

This is a land-only package.

Guests are responsible for booking their own roundtrip flights into Santorini (JTR) and departing from Athens (ATH).

We recommend arriving in Santorini no later than 2:00 PM on arrival day to allow time for airport transfers and hotel check-in.

Departure flights should be scheduled from Athens on the final day of the trip after the farewell breakfast and airport transfer.

🛂 Passport Requirements

A valid passport is required for international travel.

Your passport should remain valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Reservations must be made using your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents are current before departure.

💳 Payment Information

A $300 deposit secures your reservation.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.

Your personalized payment schedule will be outlined in your invoice.

Final payment is due 90 days before departure.

👯 Roommate Matching

Traveling solo?

No problem.

Roommate matching is available for guests booking double occupancy.

Simply indicate "Roommate Requested" on your reservation form.

While we work diligently to match travelers, roommate assignments cannot be guaranteed.

If a roommate cannot be secured, guests will be responsible for upgrading to single occupancy unless other arrangements are made by SC Luxe Travels.

✏️ Name Changes

A $150 name change fee applies, plus any vendor or supplier fees.

Name changes may not be available after airline tickets or travel documents have been issued.

✨ Guest Conduct Guidelines

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the trip.

• Treat fellow travelers, local guides, hotel staff, and vendors with kindness and respect.

• Follow all scheduled meeting times to help the group experience run smoothly.

• Excessive intoxication, illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, violence, or behavior that negatively impacts the group will not be tolerated.

• SC Luxe Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from group activities without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, elevated travel experience where every guest feels comfortable, respected, and celebrated.

📸 Photo & Media Acknowledgement

By participating in this experience, guests acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured throughout the trip.

These images may be used by SC Luxe Travels for:

• Social media

• Marketing campaigns

• Promotional materials

• Future trip advertisements

We strive to capture authentic moments while respecting everyone's comfort and personal boundaries.

If you prefer not to appear in certain photos or videos, simply let your host know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
