  • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Itinerary:

Stephanie + Rachael will be hosting Welcome Drinks to kick off the wedding festivities! We recommend guests arrive by Thursday, May 7th, 2026.

 

  • Arrivals - Thursday, May 7th 2026
  • Welcome Drinks - Friday May 8th, 2026
  • Wedding Day - Saturday May 9th, 2026 

 

Payment Schedule:

  • October 6th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • November 3rd, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.
  • December 10th, 2025 Remaining balance is due.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Stephanie and Rachael’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Stephanie and Rachael and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block. Please note there are limited rooms in each category and they are on a “first come first serve” basis; to secure a room a $100 deposit is required. 

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).

  2. Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  3. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  4. Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

  5. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay or upgrade your room to any category, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  6. For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.

  7. March 6th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  8. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  9. Please book your flights to be here from May 7th - 10th, 2025 so you can join us for the “Welcome Party”

Cancellation policy:

  1. If you cancel your reservation before December 10th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  2. If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 10th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 
 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
