🌍 What to Expect When Booking

Each planning package includes:

  • 2 custom travel proposals

  • 1 revision (if requested within 7 days of delivery)

  • Full itinerary planning—accommodations, flights, and transportation

  • 5–7 business days turnaround for your proposal (up to 10 business days for large groups)

Your planning fee is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not applied toward the cost of your trip

  • Valid for 30 days from proposal delivery

Need more changes? Additional quotes or revisions beyond what’s included will require a new planning fee.

When checking out, select “1 Traveler”—this represents your planning package, not your actual travel group.
You’ll tell us how many people are traveling in the inquiry form after booking.

Choose the planning package that matches your travel party size.
If your group includes more than 10 travelers, you’ll be invoiced separately for any additional guests at $25 per person.

  • Coordination of airfare, resort accommodations, and airport transportation

  • Up to 2 personalized travel proposals

  • 1 revision (if requested within 7 days)

  • Support via email throughout your planning process

 After submitting your inquiry and payment, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your proposals at the email address you provide.

 If additional details are needed to complete your quote, we’ll reach out via email.

Need more than one revision? A new planning fee may apply.

⚠️ Important: If your travel date is within 45 days, full payment for your trip will be required at the time of booking.

  • Email support throughout your planning process

 After your inquiry form and payment are submitted, please allow 5–7 business days for your proposals to be delivered via the email you provide.

 If more information is needed to complete your quote, we’ll follow up via email.

Need additional revisions? An extra planning fee may apply.

  • Planning and coordination of airfare, resort accommodations, and airport transportation

  • Up to 2 personalized travel proposals

  • 1 revision (if requested within 7 days of proposal delivery)

  • Direct email communication for updates and support

After you submit your form and fee, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your travel proposals.

If we need additional info to complete your quote, you’ll be contacted via email.

Additional changes beyond the included revision may require a new planning fee.

Planning for more than 10 travelers?
No problem! An additional fee of $25 per person applies for each guest beyond 10. You will receive a follow-up invoice once your group size is confirmed through your inquiry form.
