2. 💵 Pricing & Occupancy Requirements

• Double Occupancy Rates
  All pricing is based on double occupancy, meaning two guests per room. The rates offered are valid only if two guests occupy the room. If the client does not secure a roommate, single occupancy rates will apply.

• Single Occupancy Rates
  Should the client choose to travel solo or if their roommate cancels, a single occupancy rate will apply. These rates may vary based on room category, availability, and demand. Any additional costs associated with single occupancy are solely the responsibility of the client.

3. 🛏️ Rooming & Room Categories

• Double Occupancy Rooms
  Rates listed for packages are based on double occupancy. Clients must ensure two people occupy each room to secure the quoted rate. If a second occupant is not confirmed, additional charges will apply.

• Single Occupancy Option
  Single occupancy is available at an additional cost, subject to room availability. Clients are responsible for any additional costs associated with single occupancy rates.

4. 🦠 COVID-19 Policy

• COVID-19 Requirements
  Clients are responsible for adhering to all COVID-19 testing, vaccination, and quarantine requirements set forth by airlines, governments, and local authorities at the destination. Trippin On Purpose is not responsible for a client’s inability to meet these requirements. Any resulting denied entry, missed flights, or forfeited payments are the client’s responsibility.

5. 🔄 Changes & Substitutions

• Right to Modify
  Trippin On Purpose reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, or included activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supplier issues, or operational needs. In such cases, we will provide comparable or upgraded alternatives when possible, at no additional cost. However, no refunds will be issued due to modifications beyond our control.

6. 📜 Travel Documentation

• Passport Requirements
  All travelers are required to have a valid passport for entry into the destination country. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of travel. Failure to have a valid passport may result in denied entry, and Trippin On Purpose will not be liable for any losses incurred.

• Visa Requirements
  It is the sole responsibility of each client to verify visa requirements and secure any necessary visas before departure. Trippin On Purpose is not liable for any denied entry or travel disruption due to lack of proper documentation.

7. 🛡️ Responsibility & Liability

• Personal Responsibility
  Trippin On Purpose assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip. Clients are advised to secure valuables and obtain additional insurance for personal items as needed.

• Third-Party Providers
  Trippin On Purpose acts only as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and transportation services. We are not liable for any incidents, service disruptions, or failures by these third-party providers. Any claims related to such disruptions must be directed to the relevant provider.

• Optional Activities
  Participation in optional activities or excursions offered by third parties is entirely voluntary. Trippin On Purpose assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during these activities.

8. 📝 Booking Submission Disclaimer

• Booking Form Submission
  Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only after processing of the non-refundable deposit.

• Price Changes
  Prices and availability are subject to change until the deposit is fully processed. Trippin On Purpose is not responsible for any changes to the package price or availability prior to deposit processing.

📸 Photo & Video Release for Advertising

Clients grant Trippin On Purpose permission to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, and other marketing materials. By agreeing, clients waive any rights to review or approve the media and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for its use.

🔒 Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

• No Chargebacks
  By authorizing payment, clients waive the right to file chargebacks or disputes for services rendered by Trippin On Purpose. Unauthorized chargebacks will be legally contested, and Trippin On Purpose reserves the right to recover all associated fees, costs, and legal expenses.

• Payment Authorization
  By authorizing payment, clients confirm they are the account holder or have permission to use the account for payment. All payments are final and binding, and no refunds will be issued once processed.
