What's not included in Your Lux Getaway Package:

While our package is designed to provide an extensive range of amenities and experiences, we wish to inform you of a few items that are not included in the package:

  1. Airfare to Mexico
    Please note that airfare to and from Mexico is not included in this package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to Cancun International Airport. Please let me know if you would like to add to package.
  2. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
    While travel insurance is not included, we highly recommend obtaining it for your trip. Travel insurance can provide peace of mind and protection against unexpected events during your travels.
  3. Specialty Meals at the Resort
    The resort offers a variety of All Inclusive dining options. However, please be aware that specialty meals and certain exclusive dining experiences are not included in the package and will be available at an additional cost.
  4. Spa Services (Not Listed Above): While certain rejuvenation activities are part of your package, additional spa services can be booked for an extra fee. Indulge in these exclusive treatments to enhance your relaxation and wellbeing during your  stay.

Day 1: Arrival and Check-In

Welcome to a world of elegance and serenity! Upon arrival, check into your suite and take time to settle in.
In the evening, join us for a Meet and Greet session. Mingle with fellow guests, enjoy light refreshments, and learn more about the exciting experiences ahead.
 
Day 2: Yoga and Evening Bonfire
 
Start your day with a Morning Yoga Session in the serene surroundings of our resort, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
As the sun sets, gather for an enchanting Bonfire Evening. Indulge in delicious treats and enjoy the warmth of the fire under the starry sky.

Day 3: Sound Bath and Cooking Class

Experience the healing power of a Morning Sound Bath, a unique session designed to rejuvenate your mind and body.
Later, join us for an Afternoon Cooking Class where you can learn to prepare exquisite dishes and savor your culinary creations.

Day 4: Free Day and Farewell Dinner

Enjoy a Free Day to explore the resort at your leisure. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or exploring the local area, the day is yours to enjoy.
In the evening, come together for a special Farewell Dinner, a perfect way to celebrate the memories made during your stay.
 
Day 5: Check-Out
 
As your getaway comes to a close, check out at your convenience. Leave with cherished memories and a rejuvenated spirit, looking forward to our next trip.

 

Booking Instructions

Booking Instructions for Lux Getaways by KG:

  1. Choose Your Room: Start by selecting the room type that best suits your needs.
  2. Number of Travelers: Indicate the total number of people traveling.
  3. Enter Your Information: Provide your personal details as required.
  4. Contract and Deposit: Sign the contract and pay the necessary deposit to secure your booking.
  5. Travel Insurance Waiver: After the deposit, you'll receive a waiver to accept or decline travel insurance.
  6. Confirmation and Welcome Email: Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email from "Lux Getaways by KG". This will include a receipt for your payment.
  7. Payment Schedule: Along with the welcome email, you'll receive a schedule for monthly payments.
  8. Email Contact: Add "booknow@luxgetawaysbykg.com" to your email contacts to ensure you receive all communications.
  9. Check Email Folders: If you don't receive the travel waiver or welcome email within 24 hours of registration, check your spam/promotions folder.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

Room Booking Policy
Please ensure to book only one room at a time to facilitate a smooth reservation process.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person (age 18 and above) is required to secure your reservation. This is in addition to the cost of insurance, if chosen.
Subsequent equal payments are due on the 5th of each month, with the final payment deadline being July 5, 2024.
Please be aware that payments received after May 5, 2024, are non-refundable, unless travel insurance was purchased.
In the event of cancellations after May 5, 2024, a 100% penalty will apply.

Travel Insurance Recommended
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added security and peace of mind. The cost of Travel Insurance is non-refundable once purchased

Room Occupancy Details

Triple and Quad occupancy rooms are not available for this event.

Transfers
Roundtrip shared ground transfer from Cancun airport to Resort is included in your hotel price. If booking your own flight, please provide your flight details to secure your ground transfer.

Airfare
Airfare is not included in the package. If assistance is needed with flight please contact Travel Advisor Kizzy

Passport Requirements
A valid passport is required for travel. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates.
