Adult Summer Camp, But Make It WBT

We’re heading back to the mountains again because once just wasn’t enough. If you missed it the first time, or you already know what kind of time we had, this is your chance to be part of it.

From August 13–16 (Thursday–Sunday), we’re taking over Gatlinburg for our annual  cabin trip!

And this time, we’re doing it in the summer on purpose.

Think of it like Adult Summer Camp… just with better accommodations, better energy, and way more freedom to do what you want!

During the day, you’ve got OPTIONS! Get out and enjoy Gatlinburg with things like mountain coasters, ATV riding, ziplining, scenic chairlifts, river tubing, and go-karts. Or don’t leave the cabin at all. Pool, hot tubs, music, drinks, and good people all day. No pressure either way.

The cabin still speaks for itself. Multiple hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit, pool tables, an arcade room, a private theater inside.

And when the sun goes down, that’s when it really comes together. The lights come on, the music gets louder, and the whole house shifts. A real DJ setting the vibe, people moving from room to room, drinks flowing, hot tubs going, conversations turning into moments. Theme nights, energy in every corner, and those late nights that somehow turn into early mornings.

We also set this up so it actually works with your real life. Thursday to Sunday means you’re back in time for work on Monday, no long drawn-out excuse needed.

And getting there could be easier this time too. If there’s enough interest, we’ll charter a bus from Atlanta, driven by one of our own WBT members. So if you don’t feel like dealing with the drive, you can just show up, get on, and let the trip start early. (Bus option will be available at an additional cost.)

All deposits paid to Travel Butler are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations are issued to the original traveler and may not be transferred to another person. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your invoice via TravelJoy in order to be considered received. Cancellations made 120 days or more prior to the trip departure date will receive a full refund of all payments made minus the deposit or $250 per person, whichever amount is greater. Cancellation requests made less than 120 days prior to the trip departure date will receive no refund whatsoever. All scheduled trip payments must be made on time. Payments received after the due date are subject to a $25 late fee on overdue monthly payments. Late final payments are subject to a $100 late fee. Please note all payment due dates carefully to avoid these fees. Failure to make your second scheduled payment in a row may result in your reservation being changed, downgraded, or canceled. All previous deposits and payments will be forfeited.
