Book Your Room For Amanda and Grant's Wedding At Secrets Playa Mujeres

All bookings are manually reviewed before your credit card is processed and the booking is sent to the resort. Please allow 48 hours to process your booking and send the confirmation.
 

Important Notes:

  • The Wedding Day is:  Saturday, December 11, 2027 - Please arrive before this date. 
  • There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
    • You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation. 
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort. Guests who book outside the room block may have to purchase an event pass to attend the wedding event(s).
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • Secrets Playa Mujeres guests have access to the amenities of Dreams Playa Mujeres next door.
  • Secrets Playa Mujeres is adults only. All guests must be 18 or older (based on age at time of check-in).
  • September 29, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
 

Payment Schedule:

Please note the following payment schedule in your own calendar:
  • $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
  • Final RSVP date & 2nd payment (40% of your room total) is due: July 17, 2027
  • Remaining balance is due:  September 15, 2027
 
Note: You can make larger payments before the due dates.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before July 17, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between July 17, 2027 and September 15, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged 40% of your original room total.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 15, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.

Secrets Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Playa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
