How to Submit a Travel Inquiry with Cerenitee Travels
- Fill out form with all of your completed personal information.
- Email ConfirmationSelect the type of travel inquiry that you need a quote for ( please select only one inquiry).
- Select your preferences, how many travelers,budget range,etc.
- Please state if you would like us to know any additional .
- Review information that you have provided to make sure everything is accurate.
- Fill out the authorization section (this amount will be the total for the inquiry that you selected).
- Read the terms and conditions once you have understood and agreed click to sign and submit.
What to Expect After Submitting An Travel Inquiry
- Thank You Message: Confirmation that we have received your submitted inquiry.
- Email Confirmation: An automated email should be sent to the client’s provided email address, acknowledging receipt of the inquiry.
- Review and Personalization: We will be review your inquiry then begin working on a personalized itinerary that fits your expectations.
- Follow-Up Communication: You will be contacted by us, usually within 3-7 business days (not including the weekends or holidays). If you have selected the "Rush My Inquiry" then you'll be contacted through email within 3 business days (not including the weekends or holidays).
- The Trip Proposal: You recieve a proposal for your selected destination with three different stay options to choose from, your customized itinerary along with suggestions for things to do and recommended restaurants.

- Finalize all bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide a detailed breakdown of the costs and payment options.
- Share the booking confirmation details.
- Payment: You will recieve an invoice with payment instructions.
