To protect your booking and ensure fair operations for all group travelers:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable as this reserves the flights and hotel and will only receive airline credits to reschedule with a fee dictated by the rules of the airline.

USD$100 Cancellation fee is also deducted

Refund only Hotel and Excursion payment

• More than 60 days before travel: 50% refund of payments (excluding deposit)

• 31–59 days before: 25% refund of payments (excluding deposit)

• 30 days or less: No refund (full payment is forfeited)

• If the trip is postponed due to unforeseen operational reasons, travelers may receive a credit or reschedule option
