Thank you for allowing Teke Travel Agency to create an Island oasis filled with  fun, relaxation and excursions. 
 
 

What's included in this trip:

    • Roundtrip Transfer to/from airport/resort

  • These suites feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 double beds or 1 king size bed, living room area with sofa, direct dial phone, daily replenished mini-bar and selection of in-room liquors (4 bottles regularly restocked), coffee maker, satellite flat-screen TV, electronic in-room safe (laptop size 15”), iron and ironing board. Bathroom equipped with hydromassage bathtub, extra shower cabin, by door separate toilet, double-sink, vanity mirror, hairdryer and amenities kit. Free Wifi in select public areas and in the rooms. Balcony or terrace with garden view.
  • Stay at one, Play at three.  Riu Palace stay gives you access to their sister resorts "Riu Reggae (party resort) and Riu Montego Bay" amenities.  However, Dinner must be at your preferred resort.

Greeted at the Club Mobay Meeting Point, below the ramp, upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a personalized paddle

  • Escorted and expedited through Immigration and Customs
  • Accompanied to our arrival VIP lounge, Club MoBay/Club Kingston, that provides amenities such as unlimited complimentary Wi-fi, light snacks and beverages, private rest rooms, newspapers and magazines. If your hotel offers an arrivals lounge, our Representative will escort you there to await transportation to your destination. If you are being hosted by our Club Mobay Lounge, our Representative will guide you to your ground transportation.
  • Your “Stay Connected” tablet or mobile phone will also be provided for you if you chose this service.

  • When you book your package, please add all items that you want on your package- Special Requests are not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best).
  • First Payment (Deposit)- You will only pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your resort room reservation (unless you advise the desire to pay more)
    • The "payment due" may be a higher amount listed than the resort deposit if you add excursions.  The excursion payment will not be included in this deposit.  You will book that on your own, if you desire.
    • You and your Spouse/Roommate information (Name/DOB/Email) and Deposits will be required in order to secure your resort room reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change prior to securing this reservation with a deposit.
    • a  suggested payment plan will be sent with your booking confirmation email.

Itinerary:

  • Day 1 (June 10): Arrive and check-In to room and explore resort.
    • Check-In and Explore Resort & eat Lunch.  Rooms may not be ready until 3:00 pm.
    • Schedule any Excursions at Activities Desk.
    • Lunch
    • Schedule our reservation for dinner together for Day 2 and Day 4.
 
  • Day 2 (June 11): Relax on the beach/Excursions/Spa Day):
    • Meet in the Main Lobby by 8:30 am to embark on our Excursions journey
    • Lunch will be provide during Excursions
    • Dinner together (Yellow Attire)
 
  • Day 3 (June 12): Relax on the beach/Explore the city
    • Explore the City (shopping/Eating/Exploring)
    • Group Picture on the Beach (Bathing Suit Color will be RED) @ 6 pm
    • CALL AND CONFIRM YOUR TRANSFER BACK to AIRPORT with the TRANSPORTATION VENDOR  (This is REQUIRED for transfer Pick-up for Departure Day).
 
  • Day 4- (June 13): Explore the city/Relax on the beach/resort activities
    • Explore and/or Relax at the resort Poolside or beach
    • Shopping a Whitter Village (this shopping mall is literally 2 to 5 minutes away from the Resort)
    • Dinner together (All White Attire)
 
  • Day 5- (June 14): Departure Day and Check- Out
    • Breakfast together at 8:00 am or separate anytime between 8:00 am - 10:00 am (unless you have an early morning flight)
    • Check-out time is 11:00 am 
    • We will still have access to the resort Amenities until our Transfer to the Airport arrives. 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

All payments made to Teke Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because Teke Travel Agency has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payment on your vacation.   We highly recommend adding Travel Insurance to all trips.  We would gladly send you a separate quote for a Travel Insurance Protection Plan. 
 
Travel Insurance:
Having to miss a vacation and lose money that you have paid can be stressful.  We recommend Travel Insurance on our Trips; However, it is not mandatory or included in the advertised prices related to "Promotional Trips" offers.  Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.  However, there are guidelines set forth by the Travel Insurance vendor as well.  When deciding to purchase Travel Insurance, please read all  information, including what is excluded before finalizing such plan.
 
Terms & Conditions:
 
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • All payments made to Teke Travel Agency or Vendor are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Travel Insurance is not included in this package, it is highly recommended.  A quote to include insurance can be requested.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your PASSPORT.  Name on invoice must also match passport.
  • Teke Travel Agency charges a $35.00 per person "per request"  FEE for any changes made to an existing reservation.
