Vacation Express Package
By making a reservation and submitting payment toward your Dominican Heat: Punta Cana Hosted Group Trip with Divas Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Divas Destinations Concierge Services
Your reservation includes Divas Destinations’ Signature Concierge Services, providing personalized vacation planning, reservation management, payment monitoring, supplier communication, hosted group coordination, and support before, during, and after your vacation.
A $100 Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service Fee is included with every reservation.
This one-time fee covers the professional planning, coordination, and concierge services provided by Divas Destinations and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations & Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to begin your reservation.
A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received and accepted by Vacation Express.
Room availability, package pricing, deposits, and promotional offers are subject to change until your reservation has been confirmed and the required payment has been processed.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a room or displayed price.
If the supplier price changes before your reservation is confirmed, Divas Destinations will notify you before processing any amount greater than what you originally authorized.
Divas Destinations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these Terms & Conditions.
Package Pricing
Current package pricing begins at:
Luxury Room – Starting at $1,281 per person
Diamond Club – Starting at $1,903 per person
Prices are based on the room category and occupancy selected and are subject to availability.
Vacation package pricing is dynamic and subject to change until confirmed and deposited.
Payment Plans
Flexible monthly payment plans are available for your convenience.
Your personalized payment schedule will be listed on your TravelJoy invoice.
Although TravelJoy may send automatic payment reminders, it remains the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are made by the applicable deadlines.
Final Payment Due: July 15, 2027
Reservations that are not paid in full by the final-payment deadline may be subject to cancellation by Vacation Express.
Late Payments
Reservations not paid in full by the final-payment deadline may be canceled by Vacation Express.
If Vacation Express allows a reservation to be reinstated or extended after the final-payment deadline, a $100 Divas Destinations Late Payment Administrative Fee per reservation will apply.
This fee is separate from any supplier-imposed late-payment, reinstatement, or penalty fees.
Any request for additional payment time must be submitted in writing and is subject to supplier and Divas Destinations approval.
Price Changes
Vacation Express package prices are subject to change until the required deposit has been received and the reservation is officially confirmed.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the booked package price will generally remain in effect unless the supplier imposes additional mandatory taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, or other adjustments outside the control of Divas Destinations.
Optional excursions, upgrades, and add-ons may also change in price or availability before purchase.
Travel Protection
Divas Destinations strongly recommends purchasing travel protection to protect your vacation investment.
Vacation Express currently offers several protection options, including:
Vacation Protection Plan (VPP)
Provides cancel-for-any-reason flexibility under the applicable plan terms, with eligible cancellation amounts generally returned as a Vacation Express future travel voucher, less the cost of the protection plan and applicable excluded fees.
Vacation Protection Plan Plus (VPP+)
Provides enhanced pre-departure flexibility. When purchased within Vacation Express eligibility requirements, eligible cancellation amounts may be returned to the original form of payment, less the cost of the protection plan and applicable excluded fees.
VPP or VPP+ With Supplemental Upgrade
Provides the applicable VPP or VPP+ cancellation benefits while increasing certain post-departure coverage limits, including qualifying trip-delay and emergency medical/evacuation benefits.
Vacation Protection Insurance (VPI)
Provides traditional insurance benefits for qualifying unforeseen covered reasons listed in the policy, including eligible trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical expenses, medical evacuation, baggage benefits, and certain travel delays.
Travel protection must be purchased within the applicable Vacation Express eligibility period.
All protection-plan premiums, benefits, exclusions, deadlines, and refund provisions are governed by the official Vacation Express/insurance-provider documents.
Travelers who decline protection understand that they may be responsible for supplier cancellation fees, hotel penalties, non-refundable charges, and other losses resulting from cancellation or travel disruption.
Cancellations & Refunds
The $100 Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All vacation-package cancellations are governed by the applicable policies of Vacation Express and Royalton CHIC Punta Cana.
Cancellation penalties may increase as the travel date approaches.
Before processing a voluntary cancellation, Divas Destinations will obtain the current supplier cancellation amount whenever possible.
A $25 Divas Destinations Cancellation Processing Fee per reservation applies to voluntary cancellations.
This fee covers:

Communication with Vacation Express

Verification of supplier cancellation penalties

Processing the cancellation request

Updating reservation records

Providing cancellation confirmation
This fee is separate from and in addition to any Vacation Express, resort, airline, or other supplier penalties.
Administrative Fees
The following Divas Destinations administrative fees apply:

Planning & Concierge Service Fee – $100

Cancellation Processing Fee – $25 per reservation

Late Payment Administrative Fee – $100 per reservation

Name Change Administrative Fee – $100 per person plus any supplier fees
Name Changes
Reservations must be made using each traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport.
Name corrections or changes are subject to Vacation Express and supplier approval.
Approved name changes will incur a $100 Divas Destinations Administrative Fee per traveler, plus any fees assessed by Vacation Express, the airline, hotel, or other supplier.
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents.
A valid passport is required for international travel to the Dominican Republic.
Travelers should ensure that:

Passport information is current and accurate

Reservation names match passports exactly

Required Dominican Republic entry forms are completed

All destination entry requirements are satisfied
Divas Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses caused by improper or incomplete documentation.
Airfare
Unless specifically stated otherwise, airfare is not included in the base vacation package.
Travelers purchasing airfare independently are responsible for choosing flights that coordinate with airport-transfer requirements.
Divas Destinations is not responsible for:
Travelers should wait for Divas Destinations flight guidance before purchasing airfare when group-transfer coordination is required.
Airport Transfers
If roundtrip airport transfers are included in your selected Vacation Express package, transportation will be coordinated based on the flight information submitted for your reservation.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and timely flight details.
Failure to provide correct flight information may result in delayed, missed, or unavailable transfers.
Hosted Divas Destinations Experiences
This hosted getaway may include Divas Destinations group experiences such as:

Participation in hosted activities is always optional.
Group activities, themes, times, and locations may change due to weather, resort operations, vendor availability, or other circumstances outside the control of Divas Destinations.
No refunds will be provided for hosted activities missed because of:
Optional Excursions
Optional experiences may be offered separately, including:
🐎 Horseback Riding – currently from $45 per person
⛵ Catamaran Experience – currently from $59 per person
🚙 Dune Buggy Adventure – currently from $178 per person
Optional excursions are not included in the base vacation package unless specifically stated otherwise.
Participation is completely optional.
Excursion pricing, operating schedules, availability, minimum participation requirements, transportation arrangements, and inclusions are subject to change by the excursion provider.
Payment for an optional excursion does not guarantee operation if the vendor cancels because of weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or other circumstances.
Traveler Conduct
Divas Destinations is committed to creating a respectful, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all travelers.
Disruptive, threatening, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from hosted group activities without refund.
Travelers are responsible for any damages they cause to hotels, transportation providers, excursion companies, or other suppliers.
Photography & Media Release
Photographs and videos may be taken during hosted group activities for Divas Destinations marketing and promotional purposes.
By participating in the hosted trip, you grant Divas Destinations permission to use photographs and videos in future marketing unless you provide written notice before departure requesting not to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
Supplier Responsibility
Divas Destinations acts as an independent travel advisor and group host.
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers including, but not limited to:
These suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they provide.
Divas Destinations is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, schedule changes, mechanical failures, weather disruptions, labor strikes, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
Divas Destinations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Hurricanes or severe weather

Natural disasters
-
Pandemics or public-health emergencies
-
Government restrictions
-
Civil unrest
-
Acts of terrorism
-
Supplier closures
-
Transportation interruptions
Any refunds or travel credits resulting from these circumstances remain subject to the applicable policies of Vacation Express and the individual travel suppliers.
Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment toward your reservation, you authorize Divas Destinations and/or the applicable travel supplier to process payments according to the payment authorization and schedule you select.
You certify that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You agree not to dispute valid charges that were processed in accordance with your authorization, supplier policies, and these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance
By submitting your deposit or any subsequent payment toward your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable policies of Vacation Express and the travel suppliers providing your vacation services.
