  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Due Dates:

    •  

    • November 25th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

    • December 1st, 2025 60% of room cost must be paid.

    • January 10th, 2026 Remaining balance due.

 

Reminders:

To be included in Ali and Kevin’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $302 per person per day per wedding event.

 
  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  2. February 6th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
  4. For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
  5. Unico 20°87°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between November 20th, 2025 and December 20th, 2025 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 50%

  • Between December 20th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026, any room nights cancelled will be charged at 60%

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 20th, 2026  you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms.
 

Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
