Travel Requirements:
Proper travel documents such as a Government ID/Driver's License, Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (if applicable) is required for verification purposes. A PASSPORT IS NOT REQUIRED since “closed-looped” cruises do not require a U.S. passport. However, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND having one in case of an emergency, such as an unexpected medical air evacuation or the ship docking at an alternate port.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $50 per person is required to join this cruise and must be paid on 1 card. Your initial deposit only guarantees your spot, guarantees your group rate and allows you to sets up a payment plan on your cruise vacation. Once deposit is paid, an invoice with payment schedule and information on how to make each monthly payment will be emailed to the lead traveler or individual occupants (if desired) of each cabin.
This payment is an interest DEPOSIT which means it let's us know your are interested in joining our cruise. It also GUARANTEES your spot on the ship and the group cruise rate!!
This deposit DOES NOT SECURE YOUR CABIN. Your 1st Monthly Installment secures the cabin of your choice.
After receiving this deposit an invoice with payment schedule and information on how to make each monthly installment will be emailed to the lead traveler or individual occupants (if desired) of each cabin.

All payments will require a signed authorization for each submitted payment. When you submit a payment, your card will not be charged immediately. Please allow 24-48 hour for processing.

Cancellations made after booking may incur a cancellation fee a $25 per person from Williams World Travel Services, LLC (WWTS) and Royal Caribbean Cruise line ( fee may vary). Cancellation fee(s) incurred from WWTS must be paid BEFORE your cancellation is processed. Cancellation fee(s) incurred from Royal Caribbean may be deducted from the cost of your vacation . All cancellation request must be submitted in writing to wwtravels365@gmail.com.

Step 1: Select "BOOK NOW" on the room type option available
Step 2: Select the number of travelers per rooms. Room rates are based upon Double Occupancy. To add additional person, please select the add on option.
Step 3: Click continue to Travel Info and complete the travel form.
Step 4: Once the forms are completed, click on continue to processed the payment screen.
Step 5: Next, enter your card information, you are ONLY giving authorization for WWTS to process the payment for the required service fee and/or to process payment on your behalf to the vendor. (PLEASE BE SURE TO DISTINGUISH WHAT TYPE OF CARD: VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
Step 6: We will process the authorized payment that has been given to the vendor. Meaning, It will not be processed until WE MANUALLY have processed it to the vendor. You will then receive receipts and an email of an approved or declined payment.
