I authorize Backyard Adventures Group Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that Trip Planning Fees made to Backyard Adventures Group Travel are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Trip Cancellation
   Each trip will have its own refund schedule based on time schedule of the trip. 

It is understood by the Traveler that each payment made to Backyard Adventures Group Travel will be disbursed as required by the contractual terms that Backyard Adventures Group Travel has entered into with each supplier, in order to provide the services agreed to for the trip to which the Traveler is registered. As such, all required payments are non-refundable after a certain date. If Traveler does not pay a scheduled payment by due date their trip may be cancelled and monies paid will be reimbursed based on refund schedule for each trip.

 Backyard Adventures Group Travel is not responsible for any other cost incurred (any tickets, reservations, etc. booked outside of the group trip; events must be refundable, we will not be responsible).

Backyard Adventures Group Travel will not call, text, or email asking for any money besides money due for Trip(s) that Traveler is registered for, with Backyard Adventures Group Travel.
